I brought this for my 6 year old. It was a surprise for him. He was really excited to see this. Filled the pockets with his art supplies right away and was ready for a trip. We don’t encourage kids watching videos while driving. So this one is really a hit since he like drawing and reading. Now he is not getting bored in the car during long trips as he is engaged with his stuff.
About the material- we used it for a few times. The material used is really good. The pockets are well arranged and easy for a kid to manage. It fits correctly in his seat and the belt to keep it in position is thoughtful. This is the first product of this type we are using. I will give 5 star for a happy kiddo.
Our kids are 6 and 4. We have one activity tray for the older one. But now the 4 year old is in school and is starting to love drawing and coloring, we needed a second tray. And hands down we love this so much better. They are sturdy, made of high quality fabric and comfortable for little kids.
Our first tray was just a flat tray that you could put on your lap. While it is useful, you would need to carry all the activities your little one needs separately. It is also heavier and bulkier. And things fall off the tray way too easily. Not what you would want while you are trying to drive safely.
With this tray, all the compartments made it easier that kids could take care of their own things, no more trying to reach back and hand the crayons of different colors every ten seconds. The front tablet holder and side expandable holders also secures their books and papers and crayons that they don’t roll off the tray while you are making way in traffic!
This is a very useful product and keeps children engaged on road trips! There's a place for keeping water bottle, snacks, crayons, toys, puzzles, everything. It's made of high quality material and so useful and helpful and keeps things organized! To give a little more support, we placed a small travel pillow beneath the tray and that was perfect! They are so excited with this and eagerly waiting for their next trip! Five stars! Highly recommend!
Can’t wait for my daughter to use this on our road trip coming up. I love all the pockets on it. Fits all my daughters coloring stuff perfectly. The one thing is that I wish the part where she draws or colors was a little bigger! But overall I’m very happy with it!
